  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for you.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, email us at returns@airelab.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • For faulty products, we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at support@airelab.com with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
