At Airelab, every order is prepared with the same care and precision we put into our fragrances. This Shipping Policy explains how your order travels from our studio to your door—smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Australia Post shipping standards.

1. Processing Your Order

We know you’re excited to receive your Airelab fragrance.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons or product launches, processing may extend to 2–3 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is shipped.

Every parcel is handled with premium packaging to ensure your bottles arrive in perfect condition.

2. Australia-Wide Shipping (Australia Post)

We ship exclusively through Australia Post for trusted, reliable delivery across the country.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $9.95
  • Delivery Window: 2–8 business days (metro areas typically faster)
  • Tracking included.

Express Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $14.95
  • Delivery Window: 1–3 business days to major metro cities
  • Priority handling + tracking.

Delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post estimates and may vary due to weather, postal demand, or peak periods.

3. Complimentary Shipping

Premium convenience, on us.

  • Orders over $65 AUD qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
  • Automatically applied at checkout.

4. International Shipping

Airelab fragrances are loved globally, and we ship to select international destinations via Australia Post International.

International Standard

  • Rates calculated at checkout using live Australia Post pricing.
  • Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days.

International Express

  • Rates calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Every Airelab order includes full tracking.

  • A tracking link is emailed once your parcel leaves our facility.
  • You can follow your delivery at auspost.com.au/track.

6. Delivery Concerns

If your order is delayed, damaged, or misplaced during transit:

  • We will work directly with Australia Post to resolve the matter.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, we will support you with the appropriate remedy where required.

Your peace of mind comes first.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

  • We can reship for a $9.95 standard re-delivery fee, or
  • We can refund the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

8. Shipping Limitations

To maintain smooth and secure deliveries, we currently cannot ship:

  • To PO Boxes for oversized parcels
  • To countries restricted or suspended by Australia Post
  • Hazardous or prohibited goods as defined by postal regulations
