- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (Receipt or order confirmation) is required for returns.

- Items marked as final sale or purchased with promotional discounts.
- Products that have been opened or used (For hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalized products made specifically for you.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@airelab.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- In the case of a faulty product, we will cover the shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
